1:1 session takes about 2 hours and is hosted online.
This allows you to tackle the demons in a familiar and relaxed environment and provides the flexibility to connect from anywhere in the world, ensuring you receive the support you need regardless of location.

This is an intensive process that involves deep relaxation, awareness and stress relief.

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis induces a deep state of relaxation for the nervous system, gently guiding you into a trance-like condition where sensations can vary widely—from profound relaxation to barely noticeable effects—yet these do not affect the ultimate results. Entering this state mimics Rapid Eye Movement (REM), promoting an alpha wave state characterised by heightened focus, increased imagination, and openness to new ideas and perspectives. In this highly receptive state, your mind remains deeply relaxed yet aware of your surroundings, allowing you to tap into your subconscious and make positive changes.

It’s important to note that hypnosis is a natural state that everyone experiences to some extent in daily life, such as when deeply absorbed in a book or movie. In a therapeutic context, hypnosis is used to address various issues, including reducing stress and anxiety, overcoming phobias, improving self-confidence, or changing unwanted behaviours and many others. Overall, hypnosis can be a powerful tool for personal growth, self-discovery, and positive change.
