My origin Story
It was one of those lonely, dark December evenings in 2022. Thick snowflakes drifted lazily, falling slower than the jaws of passersby as they gawked at me. It was chilly, but not bitterly so. Late, but not too late. A perfectly imperfect moment for me to do what I was doing.
To most, I was crazy.
I was jump roping. Two handles, a simple PVC cable, and me—cutting through the darkness with rhythmic sound and movement, my huge headphones drowning out the world. Every skip, every jump, was a small rebellion against the weight pressing down on me.
“I’m preparing for the January challenge,” I’d tell anyone who paused to satisfy their curiosity. It was easier to give them that than the truth. But the real reason ran deeper—darker.
I was depressed.
Jumping rope wasn’t just exercise—it was survival. Every jump, every breath I exhaled into the cold night air, was an attempt to shake off the heaviness inside me. I couldn’t see a way forward. Not then.
But something shifted.
Maybe it was the rhythm of the rope, or the way the snow covered the dark world with a white blanket. Maybe it was the stubborn part of me that refused to give up entirely. Whatever it was, it hit me: I can’t go on like this. Something had to change
I had to change!
I started small. Books on personal growth, podcasts on mental well-being, and a cautious dive into learning about the mind. The more I explored, the more fascinated I became with how our thoughts shape our reality.
And more jumping.
Also, more walking.
That curiosity led me to hypnosis—a tool I hadn’t given much thought to before. Then, I came across an interview with Marisa Peer, the founder of this method, and something clicked. I knew instantly this was something I had to explore—and maybe even do myself.
I walked on it, slept on it, then jumped on it.
And made a bold decision.
I signed up for the Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) certification.
It wasn’t easy.
Balancing work and my own healing with intensive training was a challenge, but for the first time in years, I felt purpose driving me forward.
Today, I look back on that snowy December night and see it for what it was:
a turning point.
What began as a desperate attempt to cope became the foundation of a life I now love—a life where I get to guide others out of their darkest moments and into their own transformations.
I made a choice.
I found my purpose.
Now, I live my story.
And so can you.
Let’s start today.

You deserve a reward
I made this little video few months after that transformative December night, it captures the progress I made during my 100-day challenge while I moved to Iceland for a while.
By this point, I was already feeling better about myself, and my life was improving each day. It’s a testament to the power of consistent growth and the amazing changes that can happen when you commit to a new direction.
